Essential Responsibilities:
The ORBITER Aviation TEDP is designed to accelerate your professional development through intense technical training and a variety of business-critical assignments.
As An Aviation TEDP:
Work on at least 3 rotations over 2-3 years different work experiences.
Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world class technologists and experienced technical managers.
Improve your soft skills with various leadership development trainings.
Have the opportunity to earn credit towards an MS degree in Engineering.
Grow your technical expertise in your chosen field and expand your skills in new areas.
As a ORBITER Engineer’ assignments are primarily focused on Turbomachinery Design, you have the opportunity to work on a variety of high priority teams, potentially including mechanical hardware design (such as Airfoil, Structure, Rotor), aeromechanics, thermal system design, stress and life analysis, manufacturing, repair, additive, and more.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Material Science Engineering similar, or similar disciplines.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
